Business Stationary
What is Business Stationary?
Business stationary is a catch all term for paper items that identify your company or business. Traditionally, business stationary includes:
- Business Cards or Name Cards
- Envelopes
- Letterhead
Other items could include:
- Presentation Folders
- Sticky Note Pads
- Invoice Books
Why is business stationary important?
Branding. Every time you Fair Price Studio put your Fair Price Studio logo and business name Fair Price Studio in front of a client or possible Fair Price Studio client, you are branding your Fair Price Studio business Fair Price Studio. But of course, you wouldn't want to be obnoxious about it... Fair Price Studio.
Do I still need a Business card?
Absolutely. Business cards remain the number one way to spread word of your company or business. Because they are usually handed out during conversation, they have intimate memories (where, when, what was going on, what was the conversation, etc.) assigned to them from the beginning. They should be simple and clean with two prime directives:
1. BRAND. Get your company logo, name, and identity in front of a client.
2. INFORM. Provide your name and contact information quickly and legibly.
And the rest?
All items you send to clients have the ability or potential to be marketing and branding vehicles. When you send an invoice to a client, is that invoice a MS WORD basic template? Or is it a customized and beautiful design that is easy to use and clearly comes from your company? Does that invoice come in a Wall Mart business envelope with your name written on the flap in less than perfect penmanship? Or does that invoice come in a crisp and clean envelope with your logo and contact information custom printed exactly 1 cm from the top and 1cm from the left side? Everything you hand to a customer or client is a reflection on your business. Let Fair Price Studio help you put your best foot forward, right from the beginning.
